I started this blog awhile back, with some times drifting too and from. I am going to continue posting things that I love, things that fascinate me and so on but I’m also going to start using my blog for my new vegan entries. Tomorrow I am going to start veganism; an endeavor that I have failed at not once, but about three times. I’m ready for a new challenge and to start being conscious of the types of foods that I’m putting into my body. Challenging myself to become vegan will not only force me to become conscious but will also help me change my body and help the environment; an activists and health nuts dream. I will try to post some meals that I futz with and list some of the activities that I do, etc.
Meanwhile here’s one reason why to become vegetarian:
livestock production contributes to 18% of greenhouse gas emissions of CO2 in the atmosphere. GHG’s contribute to global warming and the changing weather patterns, which is the single most prevalent issue concerning the globe today.
CHALLENGE:Do your part! Vegetarianism isn’t for everyone, but try to consume less meat than you normally do. Instead of consuming meat 4 times a week, try to eat red meat or poultry only twice. Any reduction helps!
i love this film so much, i love this part so much
